Thank you, thank you, Rohani Jelani. You've given me this gift of cooking. I never realised how much I enjoyed cooking albeit moi starting to really cook only after I got married 3 years ago.
The one has been busy with an international annual oil and gas conference today and to entice him to come home early (he's still in the office, though *uhuk uhuk uhuk*), I whipped up his favourite ayam percik, again. This is my second time trying it at home after the class that I attended last month and I believe I've gotten the technique/formula right. I didn't get it perfect the last time because I am using a microwave oven instead of the conventional oven and the timing is a bit off.
the last time was a little bit dry and burnt... but still delicious ok! :D
Ooohhh I love, I love.... I can't wait for more classes with her, which I have yet to plan due to a pretty tight schedule I have at home at the moment. I know I still owe you one entry for another cooking class I attended and I will update soon. I promise :)
So, for now, enjoy looking at the delicious photo, ya while I head out for a good workout at the pool.
yummmss...
